Selecting a flat panel TV wall mount can be a tough decision
because of many sizes available, brands, and types of mounts. selecting the
wrong mount could cause you lot of time waste as you try to get it to work properly
or you might up return it. This guide has three most common types of mounts,
full-motion/articulating, tilting, and low-profile, and then gives a few options
on what to look for in the best wall mount.
Full-Motion / Articulating
Full-motion wall mounts provides you
the capacity to pull your TV out from the wall and turn it any direction. It
can also bend up or down, and push back flat to the wall whenever you want.
Full-motion mounts are good for corner installations. This was also well for
mounting a TV in old cabinets that were made for a deep CRT television.
Low-Profile
A less-profile mount is used when you need
the TV to be close to the wall. They don’t bend or swivel at all, but are very
cheap of any type of TV Mount. but,
sometimes the TV is so near to the wall that you can’t get the cables to plug
in.
Tilting
A bending wall mount is the best choice for all types of installations. It mounts very near to the wall; many bending wall mounts are usually considered “low-profile tilting”. These mounts can handle more weight than a full-motion design and helps for easier installation. The TV will not move up or down on the wall, just bends up or down and it can’t be pulled out from the wall. This is a best choice if the TV is being mounted above eye level.
